Shipping Policy

Clear expectations for processing, delivery, tracking, customs and order issues.

Quick summary: Orders shipped directly by LehuoMaker are normally prepared within 3 business days. SF Express delivery to major U.S. and European destinations is generally estimated at 7-15 business days after dispatch.

1. Where we ship from

Direct website orders are generally prepared and dispatched from China. Some products purchased through Amazon may be stored and fulfilled by Amazon FBA facilities closer to the customer.

2. Processing time

Our normal processing time is up to 3 business days before shipment. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

High-volume periods, custom requests, stock checks or address verification may require additional time; we will contact you if a material delay occurs.

3. Delivery estimates

  • SF Express / direct international shipping: typically 7-15 business days after dispatch to major U.S. and European destinations.
  • Amazon FBA: the estimate displayed by Amazon at checkout or in the Amazon order record applies.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather, carrier congestion, remote-area delivery and events outside our reasonable control can affect transit time.

4. Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email associated with the order. Tracking may take 24-72 hours after dispatch to show the first carrier scan.

5. Customs, VAT and import charges

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import VAT, brokerage or other destination-country charges. We cannot undervalue shipments or mark commercial orders as gifts.

6. Address accuracy

Please verify the full recipient name, street address, postal code, phone number and country before ordering. Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect.

Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, rerouting may not be possible. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted.

7. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or the package arrives damaged, email lehuomaker@lehuomaker.com with the order number, photos of the packaging and product, and any carrier notice.

Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. We will work with the carrier and, when appropriate, offer replacement or refund options under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Split shipments and Amazon orders

Items may arrive separately when fulfilled from different locations. Purchases completed on Amazon are governed by the delivery information and customer-service process shown in the Amazon order, while purchases completed on lehuomaker.com follow this policy.
