How we distinguish LehuoMaker original work from models produced under commercial licenses.

Our commitment: LehuoMaker respects designers and creators. Products are based either on our own original work or on third-party models for which we have obtained commercial-use authorization.

1. LehuoMaker original designs

Designs independently created by Sanhe Duowei Technology Co., Ltd. or commissioned with ownership assigned to us are LehuoMaker original works.

Unless otherwise stated, the associated digital files, product photographs, branding, written content and design rights remain owned by us or our licensors.

2. Commercially licensed models

Some products are manufactured from digital models created by independent designers. For these products, we purchase or otherwise obtain commercial licenses that permit production and sale of physical printed items.

We retain license confirmations, purchase records and related evidence. The underlying model and copyright remain the property of the original creator unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

3. What a product purchase includes

Purchase of a LehuoMaker product transfers ownership of that individual physical item only.

It does not include the digital model file, source file, copyright, trademark rights, the right to reproduce the design, scan it for manufacturing, distribute files, create molds, or manufacture items commercially.

4. Attribution and listing information

Where a license or creator agreement requires attribution, we aim to provide it in the relevant listing or accompanying material.

Attribution does not imply that the creator sponsors LehuoMaker unless expressly stated.

5. Counterfeit and unauthorized use

LehuoMaker branding, photographs and original content may not be copied to create misleading listings, counterfeit goods or unauthorized commercial materials.

We reserve the right to request removal and pursue available remedies.

6. Rights-holder inquiries

If you believe a listing or product uses your protected work without appropriate authorization, email lehuomaker@lehuomaker.com with your name, the work concerned, the relevant URL, proof of ownership or authority, and a clear explanation.

We will review good-faith notices and may temporarily remove content while verifying license records.

7. No transfer of third-party rights

Nothing on this page claims ownership of third-party models merely because LehuoMaker holds a commercial manufacturing license.

All creator names, model names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
