2. Store use and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape content unlawfully, submit malicious code or use our materials to violate another person’s rights.

3. Products and 3D-printed characteristics

3D-printed products are created layer by layer. Minor layer lines, color variation, seam placement, support marks or small dimensional differences are normal characteristics and do not automatically mean a product is defective.

Images are representative; device displays and production batches may affect color appearance.

Follow product-specific warnings and age guidance. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, products are decorative or collectible objects, not protective equipment, medical devices or food-contact products. Small parts may present a choking hazard; supervise children and pets.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. We may cancel or limit orders affected by obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory or shipping restrictions and will refund any captured payment.

Direct website payments are currently processed through PayPal. PayPal’s terms also apply to the payment service.

5. Shipping, returns and taxes

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms.

Unless checkout states otherwise, customers are responsible for destination customs duties, VAT and import charges. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

Site text, branding, photographs, original designs and other materials owned by LehuoMaker may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.

Some physical products are made from third-party models used under valid commercial licenses; ownership of those underlying designs remains with the respective creators. Buying a physical product does not transfer a digital model file, reproduction right or commercial manufacturing right.

7. Reviews and submitted content

If you voluntarily submit a review or product photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and adapt it for store and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may remove unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

8. Availability and website changes

We aim for accurate and continuous service but cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

We may update products, content, policies and site functionality for legitimate business, security or legal reasons.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LehuoMaker is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory remedies for defective goods or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our company in the People’s Republic of China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.

11. Changes

The version in effect when your direct order is accepted generally governs that order. Updated website-use terms apply from the displayed effective date.
