Returns & Refunds

A straightforward 30-day return process for LehuoMaker website orders.

Return window: Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Do not send a return before receiving instructions and the approved return address.

1. Eligibility

Website purchases may be returned or exchanged when you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Products should be in substantially original condition and include the original parts and accessories.

Reasonable inspection is allowed. We may reduce a refund where permitted if an item has been used, damaged or altered beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

2. How to request a return

  1. Email lehuomaker@lehuomaker.com with the order number and reason for return.
  2. For damage, defect or incorrect items, include clear photos or video.
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions. The correct return location depends on the order and will be provided by customer service.
  4. Use tracked shipping and keep the receipt until the refund is complete.

3. Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind or preference: the customer pays return shipping.
  • Defective, damaged or incorrect item: LehuoMaker will provide a reasonable solution and bear approved return or replacement shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal transaction.

PayPal or your funding institution may require additional processing time, commonly 5-10 business days. We do not control the final posting time.

5. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, we will confirm availability and shipping arrangements. Where replacement stock is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.

6. Custom and personalized products

LehuoMaker currently accepts refund requests for custom or personalized products under this 30-day policy, subject to the condition requirements above. This voluntary policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

7. Amazon purchases

Orders placed on Amazon must normally be returned through the Amazon account and order workflow. Amazon’s displayed return terms and FBA process apply to those marketplace purchases.

8. EU/UK and other mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Customers protected by a statutory cooling-off period may exercise that right within the applicable time.

For many EU distance purchases, this includes at least 14 days after delivery. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods remain available.
